Three of our Sevenoaks design team were treated to a day of training at The Gaggenau London showroom on Wigmore Street earlier this week.

Not only was this a fantastic opportunity for our designers to experience the advantages of Gaggenau’s range of appliances first hand, it was also a chance for them to enjoy some truly delicious restaurant quality dishes as well.

To start, a Sirloin Steak Satay, cooked on Gaggenau’s Vario Teppan Yaki 400 series, was served alongside a tempting Peanut Butter & Chilli dipping sauce. This was accompanied by a Sea Salt and Rosemary Focaccia Bread, which had been baked on a baking stone in the 400 series oven.

Next the Gaggenau 400 series Steam / Combi oven was put to use preparing a fillet of Steamed Salmon with Herb Crust, which was cooked to perfection and then finished under the grill.

Everything was then rounded off with a fabulous Frangipan Tart served with Poached Plums in Port. The juicy plums packed loads of punch thanks to the use of the Gaggenau 400 series vacuuming drawer to seal in the flavour.
