Rencraft Ltd and Rencraft (TW) Ltd are proud to provide furniture which lasts tens of years and, as such, we feel it is beneficial to our clients for us to keep a record of their plans, drawings and contact details securely in our archives for an indefinite period of time.
The information we hold is not used for marketing purposes but does enable us to provide a high level of customer service and aftercare to our clients, and to fulfil the lifetime guarantee we offer on our cabinetry as part of our contract with you.
Unless you instruct us otherwise, Rencraft Ltd and Rencraft (TW) Ltd will also securely store information from potential clients on an indefinite basis as well.
