Our doors are cut from hand selected, double kiln dried Tulip wood.

The frame sections are pushed through a spindle moulder to suit the style of door, be it shaker wide or narrow, bevelled or classic.

They are then jointed, glued and clamped around the centre panel for a very rigid construction.

Once dried, the doors are sanded flat and checked for square-ness.

The next stage is cutting out the hinges on a router jig, into both the door and the frame.

A light or dark primer coat of paint is sprayed onto the door, ready to accept hand painting on site.

The door is then hung inside the frame, on traditional butt hinges and adjusted and checked to give a perfectly even gap around the door.
