Summer Breeze Gin Cocktail

A Taste of Summer

This summer-perfect cocktail is equally as quaffable whether made in a jug ready for entertaining friends in the garden or in a chilled glass accompanied by a good book in the evening sun.

The Blue Curaçao adds a splash of colour whilst the St-Germain adds a flowery French twist with its citrusy notes of fresh elderflower.

This recipe makes one cocktail or you can easily double, triple or quadruple the measures to make enough for a jug to share!

  • 40ml of your favourite Kent gin
  • 20ml of St-Germain Liqueur
  • 10ml of Blue Curaçao
  • 200ml of Indian Tonic Water (enough to fill the glass or jug)
  • Plenty of ice

To garnish, add 3 slices of cucumber and a rosemary sprig for a final flourish.

  1. Fill a tall glass or jug with ice; about two thirds full should do it.
  2. Add the gin, followed by the St-Germain Liqueur and Blue Curaçao
  3. Stir gently to combine the flavours.
  4. Slowly add the tonic water and stir again.
  5. Add your garnish and enjoy.

Top Tip

Try using a vegetable peeler to create long ribbons of cucumber to use as your garnish for a fresh, yet subtle taste.
