Marvellous Metallics

Nothing says luxurious elegance more than this liquid metal worktop which we chose to finish off our penthouse bar. We love the way the light glints and glimmers as it bounces off the textured surface as it floods in from the 5 metre high lantern light above.

If you’ve not visited our award-winning showrooms yet, make sure you hit the button below to find out more about 81, The Penthouse which includes a super-sleek kitchen and a glamorous cocktail bar. Our Georgian townhouse also boasts 3 further floors of displays, each of which offers inspirational ideas for you to peruse to your heart’s content.

Pops of Pink

When we designed this kitchen our clients wanted to add a little drama with some splashes of colour on the gorgeous kitchen island and the interior of their larder cupboard with bi-folding doors. On even the dreariest of days your morning coffee would be inevitably brightened by a beautifully bold colour-pop of pink!

We even loved the colour so much that we mirrored the pink interior in a second cabinet above the sink and the rich tones are a wonderful complement to the fluted glass and oak frame.

Coastal Blues

Everyone feels better with a little dose of vitamin sea so why not bring the coast to your kitchen with a tranquil shade of blue to create a spacious and open feel, as well as give you a daily reminder of happy holidays spent at the beach.

This project was designed for a busy family who wanted to create an oasis of calm at the centre of their family home with plenty of storage for clutter-free living, as well as ample seating for the children to catch up on homework and enjoy a snack at the end of a school day.

Just Peachy

Peach Fuzz has been the talk of the town this year but we absolutely love the bold and brilliant choice of Farrow & Ball’s Bisque by long-time Rencraft customer and esteemed designer, Ashton Taylor-Smith.

The coral colour certainly packs a punch and works perfectly inside the glass-fronted run of cabinetry on the striking kitchen island. To add to the effect we added subtle lighting to the cupboard interiors which is complemented by the horizontal fluted glass and nickel handles.

Peaceful Pastels

If vivid colours aren’t really your thing and you prefer a more understated elegance, then you’ll be delighted to hear that muted pastel tones are just as much in vogue as their brighter counterparts.

In our Italian Kitchen we have paired soft pinks and blues by Benjamin Moore with the natural oak of a glass fronted cabinet, as well as a central kitchen island with a white Carrara marble worktop. For added interest we have punctuated the design with little quirks such as a damson surround for the SubZeroWolf appliances, a circular cabinet with an oak butcher’s block at one end of the island and open shelving above curved banquette seating, providing extra space for dining and socialising.

Damson Delight

A colour so fresh and vibrant it’s as if it’s been plucked from the hedgerows! This grown-up twist on the dusky pinks which have also been popular this year is a fantastic choice if you’re looking to add a little wow-factor to a whole room or create an eye-catching feature of one particular area or cabinet.

In this project, our clients chose to use this gorgeous shade for both their cocktail bar nook in the kitchen, as well as their utility room which is accessed through a hidden door in a long run of handmade cabinetry hand painted in a contrasting charcoal grey.

Calming Greens

When it comes to boot rooms the key is bridging the gap between the indoors and outdoors and what better way to create a natural flow than by hand painting the wooden cabinetry in country chic green.

This beautiful boot room offers a range of storage solutions from welly storage underneath the oak seats, to floor-to-ceiling shoe nooks, cupboards and pegs for plenty of hanging space and the all-important and truly bespoke walking stick storage!

If you’d like to learn more about this boot room, why not pop into our very own and recently crowned Kitchen Showrooms of the Year 2024 in Tunbridge Wells to see it for yourself!

Bold and Dramatic

If you’re going to plump for a bold and dramatic colour to paint your cabinetry, you’ll need a strong and striking design to match up to your colour choice and finding the right balance is paramount. In this recent project we handcrafted a Neo-Georgian broken pediment which sits majestically atop a larder cupboard and is a suitably regal addition to the opulent room which counts the exiled emperor, Napoleon amongst its past residents.

To complement the dark cabinetry we included splashes of colour to the cupboard interiors as well as a panoramic Chinoiserie wallpaper by Zardi and Zardi, nickel handles by Hendel and Hendel and white marble worktops with a raised plinth on the island in order to add subtle lighting to the cooking area.
